ACTIVITIES
ACTIVITY 1 to 6. Between October 1 and December 1, 2024, the partner entities carry out the presentation of the project internally at each of the headquarters. These presentations made it possible to make the project known to all the members and workers of the partner entities.
ACTIVITY 7. On October 25, 2024, under the framework of the E+ project «The invisibles», INSITU SOCIAL CLM announces its first social photography contest that seeks to make visible the reality of homelessness and poverty through the lens of committed artists. Each photograph tells the story and invites us to reflect on the dignity and worth of each person.
ACTIVITY 8. On December 5, 2024, under the framework of the E+ project «The invisibles», INSITU SOCIAL CLM announces the winners of the edition of the I Social Photography Contest, who, through their talent and unique gaze, have captured powerful images that reflect the experiences and challenges of people living in a situation of homelessness.
ACTIVITY 9. On January 20, 2025, IKASIA TECHNOLOGIES unveiled the E+ project «The invisibles» through its website. http://www.ikasia.es/proyectos/

ACTIVITY 11. On 27 May 2025, we presented the E+ The «invisibles» project to social workers from Lesvos Solidarity, a Greek NGO that supports refugees and local residents on Lesvos. They are a group that, since 2016, has been supporting displaced people, promoting social inclusion, justice and coexistence. From a housing project and soup kitchen to healthcare, education and vocational workshops, we support all people in need.
It was a great opportunity, as this NGO works directly with the beneficiary group of the project and they showed a lot of interest in the results.
ACTIVITY 12. In May 2025, INSITU presented the project «The invisibles» to members of FEANTSA, the European Federation of National Organisations Working with the Homeless. They are the only European NGO dedicated exclusively to the fight against homelessness. Their ultimate goal is to eradicate it in Europe. Founded in 1989, FEANTSA brings together non-profit services that support homeless people in Europe. They have more than 130 member organisations from 26 countries, including 23 Member States. Thanks to this informal presentation we have managed to make the project known to 26 countries in Europe.
ACTIVITY 13. In June 2025, INSITU presented the project «The invisibles» to EAPN members, an independent coalition of NGOs and other groups involved in the fight against poverty and social exclusion in European Union member states.
It was a very important presentation for the project, as they have the capability to disseminate the results in a large number of organisations, facilitating the inclusion of many homeless people in Europe.
ACTIVITY 14. SMALLCODES presents the project «The invisibles» to numerous entities that are experts in programming and social commitment for the inclusion of people in vulnerable situations through its website. https://smallcodes.com/index.php/en/portfolio-items/european-projects/
ACTIVITY 15. On July 10, 2025, INSITU SOCIAL CLM, had the opportunity to attend the conference held in Toledo, for the official presentation of the Strategy for Attention to the Homeless of Castilla-La Mancha 2025-2030. Thanks to this, he was able to introduce the E+ project «The invisibles» to various attendees.
ACTIVITY 16-26. In September 2025, LYCÉE LA FAYETTE presented the project «The invisibles» to responsibles of the G.R.E.T.A network, a network composed of more than 4,750 adult education centers in France, under the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research.and second chance schools. Thanks to this, the foundations for collaboration were laid, both for the implementation of the results once they are finalized and tested, and for their external evaluation.
ACTIVITY 27. On October 20, 2025, we held a virtual masterclass at the E2.0C Benita Gil virtual center, which was attended by young people with obstacles who are students of the center. This virtual centre welcomes many young people who have to face very serious obstacles.
ACTIVITY 28. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the E+ project «The invisibles» to members of the CERES Foundation. The Social Resources Center Foundation «CERES» was legally constituted in 1997 with the altruistic vision of helping people, through the creation and implementation of projects that promote the labor insertion, and, therefore, social, of all those people who, due to various factors, could find themselves in a situation of risk or vulnerability.
ACTIVITY 29. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to members of the Technical Team of Inclusion of the City Council of Alcázar de San Juan. It is made up of different professionals from the social field supported by professionals from Social Initiative Entities, who participate in the development of Insertion Itineraries. This team, through a professional diagnostic tool for situations of social difficulty SISO, assesses the position of a family within the Exclusion-Inclusion axis to develop COMPREHENSIVE INCLUSION ITINERARIES adapted to the specific needs of people, intensifying the action according to their level of employability, while promoting personal and social skills.
ACTIVITY 30. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to members of the Technical Inclusion Team of the City Council of Manzanares. Its objective is to improve the socio-labor insertion of people in situations of social exclusion through activation and integrated and personalized itineraries.
ACTIVITY 31. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to the General Directorate of Social Action of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha. It is an organ of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha, within the Ministry of Social Welfare that focuses on promoting social cohesion and inclusion in the region, mainly through the community intervention model of the Neighbourhood Network.
ACTIVITY 32. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to the Head of the Social Action and Cooperation Service of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha. It is an administrative structure of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha that is part of the Ministry responsible for social action and cooperation policies. Its function is to manage and coordinate services and programmes related to social action and international cooperation at the regional level.
ACTIVITY 33. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to the Social Inclusion Coordinator of the Social Care Planning and Management Service of the General Directorate of Social Action of the Ministry of Social Welfare of Castilla-La Mancha.
ACTIVITY 34. INSITU SOCIAL CLM presents the project to the Provincial Delegation of Social Action of the Ministry of Social Welfare of Ciudad Real. It is the body of the Ministry of Social Welfare of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha that represents the Ministry in the province. Its main functions are to execute social welfare policies, coordinate services and benefits in the province and exercise the institutional representation of the Ministry.
ACTIVITY 34-74. We have carried out 40 visibility activities on social networks through a campaign that has achieved 940 views and reached 290 accounts in the last 3 months.
ACTIVITY 75 – 110. Throughout 2025, INSITU SOCIAL CLM has carried out 35 activities in which it has publicised the project in a personalised and individualised way to 35 homeless young people who have been selected to participate in the pilot tests with the aim of making them aware of the project and the main results that we are developing to achieve their inclusion.
ACTIVITY 110 – 150. Throughout 2025, IHA has carried out 40 activities in which it has publicised the project in a personalised and individualised way to 40 homeless young people who have been selected to participate in the pilot tests with the aim of making them aware of the project and the main results that we are developing to achieve their inclusion.
